 Trust or Individual OwnershipWhen you did your NFA paperwork how did you do it? Individual or Trust? I have not been able to find a local attorney that is willing to do an NFA trust.

Re: Trust or Individual Ownership I have done all of mine in my name (more than 6) even though I have an LLC. With a Trust or an LLC, if they are ever dissolved you have transfer issues.

Trusts are not dissolved and all items can be moved in and out at the will of the trustee and in the case of the death of the trustee the beneficiaries have an easier time splitting up the goodies. Corporate transfers are a pain but once in a trust there is no maintenance needed to perpetuate the trust. |
